All product is guaranteed to be free from manufacturers defect for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
We ask that all warranty issues be communicated via email, phone or the Warranty Submission Form prior to being returned to the warehouse. We would like to help remedy any issues as quickly as possible, however; we may need to contact our various suppliers to ensure your replacement can be secured in a timely manner.
If you have photographs of the issues encountered, please include them when you reach out to discuss warranty, either via email or using the Warranty Submission Form. Email inquiries can be sent to info@snapcw.com.
Defective product will be repaired, replaced or refunded, in whole or in part, at SNAP! Cabinet Wholesale's discretion.
SNAP! Cabinet Wholesale is a supply only, retail focused business and as such, no in-home warranty will apply. All defective items must be returned to the warehouse from which they were purchased with proof of purchase.
Issues arising from improper installation or careless transport will not be considered manufacturers defect.
Regular wear and tear are not considered manufacturers defect.
Water, steam or chemical damage is, under no circumstances, considered manufacturers defect.
Should you discover that you have ordered something incorrectly, we will accept returns of STOCK ITEMS in the original packaging up to one week from the date of purchase.
Stock items not in their original packaging are final sale.
Custom order items are final sale.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the order is correct upon signing. Sales associates will not be held responsible for incorrect or missed items.
